NYC2Amsterdam bootcamp

At the end of May 2016, StartupAmsterdam hosts nine startups from New York City looking to expand into Europe. These startups will attend the NYC2Amsterdam Startup Bootcamp 2016, a two-day intensive programme to introduce them to the startup scene in Amsterdam and Europe. The bootcamp is organised by StartupAmsterdam in collaboration with NYCEDC from the  24th until 27th of May 2016 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The bootcamp will be  followed by The Next Web Conference Europe, a tech conference bringing together the world's technology leaders, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs.

What's in it for the startups?

Participating startups will gain valuable information from Dutch industry experts, lead users and peers on a soft landing in Amsterdam, and learn how to expand and scale their companies in the European market. StartupAmsterdam will provide a tailor-made introductory programme into the Amsterdam startup ecosystem. Included bootcamp activities are meetings with Dutch corporates/launching customers, one-on-one advice on legal/recruitment/financial practices, access to the TNW Conference Europe and many more!

StartupAmsterdam organises various bootcamps with partner cities: the first edition of this NYC2Amsterdam bootcamp was organised in October of 2015, a bootcamp to Paris took place this March.
