ID&T is a household name in the world of dance music events and is the mastermind behind popular events and festivals, such as Sensation and Mysteryland. The company was founded in Amsterdam in 1992 and is now active in 22 countries all over the world.
The takeover was announced in a press statement (in Dutch). ID&T’s founder Duncan Stutterheim commented that ID&T will be able to continue growing internationally as a part of SFX. ID&T will remain headquartered in Amsterdam and the creative concepts will be developed from here.

Sillerman, Chairman and CEO of SFX Entertainment. “With ID&T, SFX has an immediate global footprint in more than 20 markets worldwide.
