Developing new business from Amsterdam
Human Equation announced the news on their website, stating that the new office in the centre of Amsterdam is the perfect location to strengthen relationships with existing European customers and to develop new business. “Human Equation’s efforts in Europe focus on the development of our business network over there, in addition to responding to a significant increase of projects from our existing customers. This new office will also allow us to support our North American customers in developing their businesses in Europe,” said Human Equation’s CEO Marc-André Garand in a statement.
Magnet for creative companies
With the establishment of Human Equation the creative tech sector in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area continues to grow. Catalysed by a huge pool of creative talent, proximity to (potential) clients and the cosmopolitan atmosphere, Amsterdam’s creative sector is flourishing and it continuously attracts new, up-and-coming creative agencies. Companies such as Human Equation and BLISS – a digital marketing firm from Manchester that recently set up in Amsterdam – flock to the area. Elaborating on the advantages of setting up an office in Amsterdam, BLISS’s CEO Jon Stutfield said in an interview: “Amsterdam made sense as not just the capital but as a global business hub with easy connections into the wider continent and great transport connections to Manchester. It’s quicker and cheaper than travelling to London, office space is much better value and the digital landscape in Amsterdam is far less saturated.”
