International festival for online business, media, marketing, and technology

Amsterdam eWeek is an international festival for online business, media, marketing and technology, organized by the publisher Emerce in close cooperation with several participants including the City of Amsterdam. Some parts of the festival are open to the general public, and others are invitation-only.

The goal of Amsterdam eWeek is to provide a platform for national and international companies that focus on online marketing, media, and technology. It also caters to business managers and entrepreneurs in retail, healthcare, finance, media, and gaming.

More than 80 international speakers, and 8,000 guests

The many invited guests will discuss the latest developments and trends in digital marketing, media, e-business, and e-commerce. The main guest is Renzo Rosso, the founder and CEO of fashion brand Diesel. Rosso will speak about e-commerce, fashion, and the importance of using creativity to build up a great business.  

A wide range of events

During the festival week, a range of conferences, workshops, walk-ins, dinners, networking events, meet-ups, and parties will be organized throughout the city. These will include the social-marketing event Social Affairs, the Facebook Conference, and the Google DevFest. 

Other events include eRetail Europe 2015, a conference for retailers, etailers and brands. And for eDay, the editors of Emerce consulted with venture capitalists, bankers, and journalists to bring the ten most promising European startups to Amsterdam. The winner of the European Startups 2015 will be announced during Emerce eDay.
