Under the motto ‘Achieve the American dream in the Netherlands!’, entrepreneurs and managers of small- and medium-sized companies (SMEs) are invited to find inspiration to try their hand at their own version of the American dream.
Exciting speakers in Amsterdam
Top-notch speakers will share their experiences with the audience in Amsterdam’s Overhoeks Tower, followed by a networking drink. Speakers include Niek van Leeuwen, general manager of the Dutch division of Uber, one of the hottest startups of the moment, and Duncan Stutterheim, founder of Amsterdam-based ID&T, the mastermind organisation behind popular dance festivals such as Sensation and Mysteryland. Stutterheim is now involved in transforming the Overhoeks Tower into a ‘house of dance’.
The Overhoeks Tower, which previously served as a central Amsterdam office for Royal Dutch Shell, is to be transformed into the Amsterdam Dance and Music Tower – becoming more commonly known as the A’DAM Tower. Detailed plans are available on the project’s dedicated website.
More information about the American dream event can be found on the website of the American Chamber of Commerce.
