Meeting increased demand

The opening of the new headquarters comes in response to increased service demand in the region and the office will allow the company to coordinate its sales, marketing and operations here. “Global demand for cloud communications services is increasing, particularly in the EMEA region,” said Steve Kokinos, President and CEO of Thinking Phone Networks, in a press statement. The new Amsterdam office will be fully operational as of 1 June 2013.

Gateway to Europe and beyond

The Amsterdam Metropolitan Area is an optimal base from which organisations like Thinking Phone Networks can enter or expand into the EMEA region. The Netherlands is noted for its open economy, with one of the strongest outlooks towards international trade in the world. And thanks to the Amsterdam Area's strategic geographical location, the region has always been a major transit hub for people, goods, capital and services, to and from the 350 million potential customers on the European continent.

Moreover, the Amsterdam Area is very well connected digitally and is home to the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX). This is one of the world’s largest digital exchange platforms, renowned for its reliability, quality and low costs.
