BlueCat Networks, a Canadian company specialising in IP address management and DNS/DHCP services, announced the opening of a new European headquarters in Amsterdam.
The Amsterdam headquarters will lead BlueCat’s marketing activities in Europe, identifying and maximising marketing and sales opportunities and further driving BlueCat Networks’ market share.
Paul Couturier, head of the new headquarters in Amsterdam, commented that, “This office will provide all the local support and knowledge our growing number of European channel partners require to ensure they can easily access the resources and training they need to grow their customer base and maximise sales.”
BlueCat is not the only ICT company that aims to benefit from an office in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. With the world’s largest concentration of business and logistic service providers in a region of this size, the Amsterdam Area attracts a booming ICT industry. In 2009, 25 % of all international companies setting up shop in the area were active in the IT sector.
