Dinalog, the Dutch Institute for Advanced Logistics, will open a satellite office at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. The institute's primary campus is located in Breda, but this new satellite office will be based at the headquarters of the Schiphol Area Development Corporation (S.A.D.C.). Its official opening will take place on 25 January 2012.
Dinalog is a scientific institute that conducts applied research in the field of logistics. Its aim is to be both a physical and virtual place where the private sector cooperates with universities and research institutes, and where post-experience education in logistics is organised.
The Chamber of Commerce Amsterdam, the S.A.D.C., the Amsterdam Airport Area (AAA), Schiphol Group, Hogeschool van Amsterdam and other members of the Amsterdam Logistics Board have collaborated in this initiative to launch an Amsterdam outpost of Dinalog.
