The Amsterdam Metropolitan Area has many attractive business and office locations, which can be found in a recent publication called ‘We're Amsterdam’.
‘We’re Amsterdam’ is a unique property report for the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area which specifies not only vacant office spaces but also specific industrial/commercial locations.
The report shows developments, supply and take-up figures per location. Thanks to the cooperation of the Amsterdam Municipal Tax Department and Colliers International the report also shows stock data per location.
This is the sixth time that the report ‘We’re Amsterdam’ has been published. As before, this year’s report covers seven municipalities: Amsterdam, Haarlemmermeer, Amstelveen, Almere, Diemen, Haarlem and Zaanstad which together make up the Amsterdam Metropolitan Region. The theme highlighted this year is energy.
The Tax Department of Amsterdam plays a key role in making property valuations in Amsterdam. Acting under the Property Valuation Act, the Tax Department assigns a value to all homes and commercial properties located in the city. In this endeavour, it aims to deliver market-consistent property valuation products and services.
Colliers International is an independent commercial property adviser. Their expertise focuses on transactions, valuations and advice on business locations, state subsidies, financial recovery, ground lease as well as other related matters including compulsory purchase.
The report can be downloaded from the We're Amsterdam website.
