Evaluation of intake form and next steps

Based on the intake form you fill in, we will make an initial evaluation of the relevance of your project, festival or event in relation to the international city marketing of Amsterdam region.

We will contact you, either by telephone or by email, within two weeks of receiving your application for support for your project/event:

• If your project/event qualifies for support we will contact you for a follow-up appointment.

• If there are doubts on our side, we could ask you to adjust your project/event to our goals of city marketing.

• If your project/event does not qualify for support, we will notify you by email. If this is the case there will be no further possibility for an application.

Contract and follow-up if the decision is positive

If your project/event is accepted, the agreements made will be recorded in a contract. Any additional support will occur after the project/event and only on the condition that the project/event has been certified by Amsterdam Partners to have been carried out in accordance with all agreements as per the contract.
