Catching neutrinos

Nikhef, a collaboration between research and university organisations, are helping to build a system to read the nuclear reactions that take place in the sun.

Transfering data

Within three years a cubic-metre detector will be placed on the bottom of the Mediterranean. The transfer of its data to land requires an extended network. This network is being developed by Nikhef, a collaboration between the Foundation for Fundamental Research on Matter, the University of Amsterdam and other institutions.
