In the business district ‘de Zuid-As’ (the South Axis), right between two high buildings, is wine bar/restaurant Gustavino. With an amazingly high ceiling, copper covered bar, white marble kitchen, chandeliers created out of mini halogen lamps, it is all pretty impressive. The kitchen has an original wood oven that produces wafer-thin pizzas cooked up on ash wood giving them their perfect flavour. But there is more: traditional Italian dishes, an interesting wine list, a genuine wine bar and a crowd of smart business guys.
