European Apartments Reservations

These 3 or 4 or 5 rooms apartments have 1 mainkitchen, 1 heating/hot water unit and in the 2nd and 3rd rooms extra showers, toilets, kitchenettes, TV. The co-tenants sublet for 2 - 30 days inside apartments to maximum 4 tourists 1 or 2 studio-rooms with private shower, toilet, cookingfacility. You get maximum 4 beds and doorlock with 2 set keys. Tourists pay directly to the co-tenants inclusive city-tax. The co-tenants live during your stay in the other rooms and use the mainkitchen and 2e bath-room. Otherwise tourists can not stay legal in an apartment.

MMC B.V. lets these fully furnished apartments for indefinite period, with notice of termination by law. MMC B.V. does not sublet to tourists. About 10 minutes from Amsterdam centre and all bussiness centra in a quiet residential area. You do not need a housing permit. These apartments are liberalize private sector. But tenants have to register as living on that address and sign a rentalagreement.

Maximum 4 expats ( no family ) or a household of maximum 6 persons ( co-workers ) can stay in a 4 rooms apartment with 3 bath-rooms + 4 kitchenettes. Single expats or a couple looking for SHORT STAY can sublet a room from the co-tenants. Starting from Euro 696,00 housing costs per month. You get one studio-room with private shower, toilet, cookingfacility, TV and you share the washer + bills. If you register in GBA you do not pay touristtax.

Additional services: cleaning/providing bedlinen/wireless internet/repair furniture. There is a 48 hours reparation service.
